How will Pinnacle Advisors maintain consistent quality of work?

We follow a 2-step process which involves “Preparation” and “Review”. The job is first prepared by the team member and reviewed by an experienced manager before sending the work to the client.

What Skills/Qualifications are held by the founder of Pinnacle?

Vidhi Ashik Mody, the founder is an Australian Chartered Accountant and BAS Agent, a well-experienced professional equipped with required technical and non-technical skills to provide top notch quality accounting and tax services.

She leads a team of accounting professionals who are with Pinnacle since inception and are well trained within Australian Accounting & Tax law.

How does Pinnacle train their team members in areas of Australian Accounting & Taxation?

Every team member is required to follow an extensive training program designed to hone their technical as well as non-technical skills required to complete technical jobs.

At Pinnacle, 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month are considered as “Training Weekends”, wherein team members along with the founder are compulsorily required to undergo technical training. The team regularly attend webinars and full day training sessions offered by CCH, Tax Banter, Tax & Super Australia, etc.

What is the difference between an Accountant and a Business Activity Statement (BAS) Agent?

An accountant has professional training in various financial and business matters, including tax, accounting, and financial reporting. On the other hand, a BAS agent specifically specialises in Goods & Service Tax (GST) related tax lodgements and related services.

How will the data remain secured with Pinnacle?

We do not provide our services before we have non-disclosure agreements in place with our clients to make sure data security remains a top priority.

How do we charge for each job?

There are two types of pricing structures at Pinnacle namely Contract Model and Job-to-Job basis Model.

Under Contract Model, the client purchases a generic package which includes bundle of services grouped together. This involves one-time lump sum payment for a specific period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). This model is suitable when there is no fluctuation in the volume of the work.

Under Job-to-Job Basis Model, the client is charged for the specific job assigned to us and is not bound to make a lump sum payment for a specific period. This model is suitable when there is fluctuation in the volume of the work.

In either of the pricing models, there are no hidden fees or extra charges.
